The Zoom SSH-6 Stereo Shotgun Microphone Capsule is designed for use with Zoom's H5 and H6 recorders, the hybrid Q8 audio/video recorder, and the U-44. This capsule features a super-directional center microphone for capturing focused sound, paired with a bidirectional side microphone to pick up sound from the left or right, creating a fully mono-compatible stereo image. It's ideal for film, video, and television projects, allowing you to record clear dialogue with the center mic while blending in ambient sound from the side mic. A furry windscreen is included to minimise wind noise during outdoor recordings.
