Digital Camera Warehouse (DCW) supplies genuine Australian stock backed by authorised manufacturer warranties and full support under Australian Consumer Law.

Genuine Australian Stock: We do not sell grey market or direct import products. All items are sourced through authorised Australian distribution channels and comply with Australian safety and electrical standards.

Manufacturer Warranty (New Products)

All new cameras, lenses and accessories sold by DCW are supplied through official Australian distributors and include genuine Australian manufacturer warranties.

  • Repairs handled by authorised Australian service centres.
  • Products meet Australian compliance standards.
  • No grey imports or parallel stock.

If your product develops a fault within the manufacturer warranty period, return it to DCW and we will coordinate the repair with the authorised supplier on your behalf.

Faulty Products

If a product purchased from DCW develops a fault, we will work with you in accordance with Australian Consumer Law to provide the appropriate resolution.

  • Call Customer Service on 1300 365 220 for a Return Authority (RA).
  • Or contact us via our Contact Us page.
  • Return items with original accessories and components for assessment.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days of resolution.

Secondhand – 12 Month DCW Warranty

Selected secondhand products include a 12 Month DCW Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If a fault is confirmed by our service team, we will repair or replace the product (at our discretion) at no additional cost.

Exclusions

  • Consumables such as batteries.
  • Normal cosmetic wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by misuse, impact, liquid, sand or dust.
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications.

This warranty is not transferable.

This warranty is in addition to rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Incorrect Choice

If you have made an incorrect purchase, we may offer an exchange or store credit for eligible accessories returned in saleable condition.

  • Original unopened packaging.
  • No signs of use or physical damage.
  • Not a special order item.
