What’s Not Covered

Total Care Packages do not cover batteries, ordinary wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse/abuse, water or dirt damage, battery leakage, or unauthorised servicing/tampering.

Packages are non-transferable. If your product is replaced during the coverage period, only the remaining balance of the package term applies.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You may also be entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

How to Make a Claim

  1. Return the product to a Digital Camera Warehouse store, or contact us if you need to arrange return shipping.
  2. Provide proof of purchase.
  3. Provide your completed Total Care documentation.
