Pairing an ultra wide-angle field of view with a compact design, the Laowa 9mm f/2.8 Zero-D for MFT cameras provides a 13.5mm equivalent focal length. As a Zero-D lens, it's designed to limit distortion for accurate portrayals of landscapes and architectural subjects. The optical construction includes two aspherical elements and three extra-low dispersion elements to control spherical and chromatic aberrations, ensuring sharpness and reducing colour fringing. A Frog Eye Coating repels dust and moisture, making it suitable for challenging environments. Its lightweight design is ideal for everyday shooting and gimbal use. A built-in petal-shaped lens hood reduces flare and ghosting in strong lighting conditions, while manual focus allows a minimum focusing distance of 4.7". The lens is perfect for APS-C-format MFT mirrorless cameras, offering robust construction and reliable performance.
