The Z CAM E2-F6 Full-Frame 6K Cinema Camera with a Canon EF lens mount offers a unique combination of stunning images, capable codecs (internal ProRes recording), up to 6k resolution, high framerate options, and a minimalistic body design. It is an excellent choice for videographers, cinematographers, and filmmakers looking for a video camera that can shoot pro-quality video at high bit rates in a small form factor but with a beautiful full-frame sensor.
The E2-F6 Cinema Camera with a Canon EF lens mount offers professional high-definition cinema footage. The camera has a full-frame sensor with 10-bit 4:2:2 colour support and nominal 15 stops of dynamic range. It also supports timecode, video up to 6K at 60 frames per second, and records data at up to 300 Mb/s onto CFast 2.0 media.
The E2-F6 supports various recording formats including ZRAW format for 12-bit recording, MOV and MP4 using H.265 for 10-bit recording and H.264 for 8-bit recording. Besides, it supports 4K60, 10-bit 4:2:2 video output via HDMI 2.0 port. Through its 3.5mm stereo connection or a separately available XLR connector using its 5-pin LEMO connection, audio is recorded in 24-bit 48 kHz utilising AAC or PCM (PCM for MOV format only).
You are able to control the camera via a USB Type-C port, serial ports, a 2.5mm LANC connector or Ethernet port. In addition, the Z Camera iOS app allows you to view a live image preview and configure settings while controlling the camera via Wi-Fi. The E2-F6 can capture slow motion, time-lapse, and can even live stream via its Gigabit Ethernet port.
The Z CAM E2-F6 Full-Frame 6K Cinema Camera has a built-in L-series battery mount as well as a 2-pin LEMO port that uses a power adapter to power the camera (battery and adapter sold separately). The camera also has a 12 VDC 2-pin LEMO power output for powering optional accessories.
