Manfrotto 425B Mega Boom - 12'

The Manfrotto 425B Mega Boom is the most substantial boom arm in the Manfrotto range, designed for precise control and heavy-duty studio work. Its two-section telescopic arm extends up to 12 feet, with pan, tilt, rotation, and extension all finely adjusted via smooth geared crank handles. Built for versatility, it supports up to 6 kg at full extension and an impressive 30 kgwhen retracted. Dual mounting receptors-Junior (1 1/8") and Baby (5/8")-offer broad compatibility with studio gear, and an empty counterweight bag is included for tailored balancing.

A geared tilt system allows precise settings of +30 to -40°

The boom supports up to 6 kg at full extension, and up to 30 kgat minimum extension

To assure maximum safety, the Mega Boom comes complete with a specially designed counterbalancing sandbag that can be filled with sand or shot to hold up to 34.9 kg
