The Think Tank Airport Accelerator Backpack has a main compartment with a very impressive capacity, able to hold an unattached 600mm f/4 lens. The interior is customisable with removable dividers that can suit a range of different camera set-ups. A large front pocket holds a 10 inch tablet as well as a 17 inch laptop, great for working on the go. Built to accommodate the maximum amount of gear, the backpack meets the carry-on requirements of most airlines, allowing you to keep your valuables close at hand.

Meets Carry-on Baggage Regulations

The Think Tank Airport Accelerator is designed to fit larger DSLR cameras, lenses, and accessories. Despite its size, the bag conforms to the carry-on restrictions of most major airlines. At 2.5 kg without gear, it leaves plenty of room for a range of professional set-ups and accessories.

Large, Customisable Main Camera Compartment

The backpack’s large main compartment is customisable, with removable padded dividers that allow you to configure the interior for a range of pro-level camera set-ups and accessories. There’s even room for a DSLR body with battery grip and lens attached, as well as a separate 600mm f/4 lens.

Separate Laptop and Tablet Storage

A large zippered pocket on the front of the bag features dedicated storage compartments that can hold a 17-inch laptop as well as a 10-inch tablet, allowing easy access to your devices while travelling. The zippers are lockable for added peace of mind and security.

Interior and Exterior Accessory Pockets

Mesh pockets under the bag’s lid of offer good visibility and storage for things like cables, batteries, and memory cards, allowing easy access during shoots. An organiser pocket on the front of the backpack is perfect for smaller items, personal effects, or travel documents.

External Tripod Storage

One side of the Airport Accelerator features attachment loops and stretch pocket that can hold a drink bottle or accommodate a compact tripod. Using the included webbing straps, you can easily secure the tripod nice and snug against the backpack, ensuring it stays out of way.

Adjustable Harness and Shoulder Straps

The harness system has Air Mesh panelling to promote airflow and a contoured back-panel for added support. The padded shoulder straps and sternum strap are adjustable, providing a comfortable fit. A removable waist belt is also included, ideal when carrying a heavier kit.

Lockable Zippers and Security Cable

Lockable zippers on the backpack’s main and laptop compartments keep your valuables safe during transit. A handy side pocket contains a combination lock and security cable that can be used to lock the zippers or secure the backpack to stationary objects while you’re working.

Sturdy Carrying Handles

Sturdy grab handles are present on three sides of the Airport Accelerator backpack, including top and bottom, allowing you to easily lift and manoeuver it into overhead bins and other storage spaces.

Durable Nylon Build and Rain Cover

The Think Tank Airport Accelerator backpack is made from rugged, water repellent nylon with a Polyurethane underside to protect it from incidental splashes or light rain. For more extreme weather conditions, a seam-sealed rain cover is included to keep your gear safe and dry.
