Never a brand to stand still for too long, Sony follow up on their much talked about full-frame mirrorless A7, with this exceptional A7 Mark II. The A7 II features the same 24MP Full-Frame CMOS sensor and compact size but much of the additional features have been redesigned or are included for the first time. Starting with the body, the A7 II is more rugged, its metal user experience creating a more workhorse-like camera, that can maintain the rigours of more professional use. The camera also has been tweaked in terms controls, with a more DSLR-like layout sure to please serious shooters who know the DSLR setup like the back of their own hand.

On the inside is where the real changes have occurred, the Sony A7 Mark II featuring new sensor-shift 5-Axis stabilisation to allow you to enjoy the quality of these images in lower-light surroundings, without the threat of blurry pictures. The speedy hybrid AF system is much faster than that of the original A7, its 117-points tracking down moving subjects with relative ease, and acting in a smooth and sophisticated manner to suit the advanced video functionality, of Full HD at 50mbps. For composing your view of the world, you can utilise the tilting LCD screen or large and bright EVF. Although the original A7 is still a more than capable camera that has helped produce many a fine image, the reimagined A7 II does so with that extra touch of class that you deserve as a serious photographer.
