The Samyang 35mm f1.4 AS UMC is a fast, manual focus prime lens designed for Canon EF mount cameras. Featuring a wide f1.4 maximum aperture, this 35mm focal length prime delivers beautiful bokeh and excellent low-light performance, making it versatile for portraiture, landscapes, and video work. The lens employs advanced optical design with 12 elements in 10 groups including hybrid aspherical and high-refractive elements, combined with Ultra Multi-Coatings (UMC) to minimise ghosting and flare whilst delivering high contrast and colour-neutral images. The floating lens design preserves sharpness at close focus distances down to 30cm, whilst the 8-blade aperture ensures smooth, creamy out-of-focus rendering. Compatible with both full-frame and APS-C Canon DSLRs and suitable for a wide range of photographic applications.
