IS, AF and Auto-Exposure functionality is maintained in most cases, thanks to this premium adapter being designed to allow an excellent level of communication between camera and lens. This EF to E-Mount adapter is a 5th generation model. It features an advanced processor and electronic contacts, which enable your lens and camera to communicate and perform as well as possible. There are, however, some limitations, which are as follows:

• AF-C available on A9, A7RIII, A7III, A7RII, A7II and A6300 only & only in green mode
• Vignetting may occur with some EF-S lenses
• If lens OIS and IBIS is available, you can use either or both stabilisation technologies!
• Auto APS-C size capture when used on full-frame cameras
• Phase-detection AF only on Sony A9
• Continuous Video AF may not be 100% perfect
• If using lens and an EF extender and the aperture is smaller than f8, AF may not function
• AF may struggle to lock onto subjects at shorter focusing distances
• Supports Electronic manual focusing
