The Manfrotto Sympla Rods 300mm are essential building blocks for all SYMPLA video rigging systems. These long rods measure 300mm (11.8 inches) and are manufactured from 15mm diameter tubular aluminium for optimal strength and reduced weight. Supplied as a pair with two 1/2"-13 UNC screw junctions included, they create parallel tracks that allow precise mounting and positioning of SYMPLA components. The rods excel at supporting SYMPLA Fixed or Variable Plates, accommodating a wide range of camera and lens combinations whilst providing the extra length needed for proper operator positioning and integration with accessories like the Flexible Mattebox. Rods can be united to create longer tracks, joined at different heights using the V-Offset component, or shifted laterally with the H-Offset component for maximum rigging flexibility.
