A Pocket Powerhouse
The Fujifilm X-T30 Black is positioned as the little brother to Fuji’s X-T3 flagship camera. Smaller in stature, but just as feature packed, the X-T30 houses a 4th generation 26.1 Megapixel APS-C sized CMOS sensor that delivers high-resolution images, 4K video recording and improved autofocus performance.
26.1 Megapixel BSI-CMOS Sensor
At its heart lies the X-Trans BSI-CMOS 4 imaging sensor that is also used in its X-T3 older brother to deliver proven optical clarity and the exceptional colour reproduction that Fujifilm is renowned for.
30fps Burst Mode Shooting
Improved horsepower under the hood allows it to shoot at a maximum 30fps burst rate with electronic shutter with no blackout and a 1.25x crop, or 8fps when using the mechanical shutter. Offering a lower native ISO of 160 compared to its predecessor, the processing power also delivers better low-noise photos and videos, even when shooting in poorly lit environments.
4K30 @ 4:2:2 10-bit Video Output
Video clips are recorded in a maximum 4K/30p in 4:2:0 8bit direct to a compatible SD card. Its video quality is sampled from a 6K frame and down-sampled to 4K for improved overall image quality. For professional videographers, F-Log recording and 4:2:2 10-bit quality can be captured when using the HDMI output.
Film Simulation in Video Mode
Support for the DCI format offers a more cinematic 17:9 ratio straight out of the camera. Additionally, Fuji’s Film Simulation mode can be used when shooting video, allowing you to capture a unique look without having to colour grade your footage in post-production.
425-point Hybrid AF System
This sensor is complemented by a redesigned Hybrid Autofocus system that features 425 phase-detect AF Points that now cover approximately 100% of the frame. This expanded coverage equips you with the ability to be ultra-precise with your focusing and composition, especially useful when shooting macro and with wide-open apertures.
Eye/Face Tracking Focus Algorithm
Its focusing performance is further supported by an improved AF algorithm which offers enhancements in both photo and video modes. Tweaked for better accuracy and response, the algorithm maximises the XT-30’s updated hardware to offer better tracking performance, a Face Select function to prioritise specific faces and improvements in the eye and face detection features.
Impressive in Low-Light
The low-light limit for phase-detect autofocus has been updated from +0.5EV to an impressive -3EV, ensuring focusing in very poor lighting conditions is now much easier and more accurate when shooting in less than ideal lighting conditions.
Intuitive Focus Joystick
A focus joystick now replaces the 4-way directional pad at the rear of the camera, ensuring selecting your focusing point or focus area is fast and intuitive. The joystick can also be used for menu navigation, allowing you to control image playback and change camera settings more efficiently.
High-Resolution rear LCD Screen
Composition, image playback and menu selections can be made via a 3-inch tilting touchscreen. Featuring a 1.04 million-dot LCD panel, the screen can tilt up approximately 90° and tilt down by around 45° for easy composition when shooting from high and low angles.
Built-in Wi-Fi & Bluetooth Connectivity
An integrated Wi-Fi connection allows the X-T30 to be controlled remotely from your mobile device and the low power Bluetooth version 4.0 means you can maintain a constant connection to a computer, tablet or smartphone for automatic transfer of photographs as you shoot.

Designed to suit your busy lifestyle, the camera weighs only 383g, making it well-suited to travel, and casual photography, and worthy of having as part of your everyday kit.
