The DJI Inspire 1 Remote Controller gives you complete control over your Inspire 1 drone, including flight settings, camera settings, and the gimbal. The remote is rechargeable and supports dual operator mode, allowing two remotes to be used simultaneously with the same drone. Also included is a device holder for smartphones or tablets up to 170mm in size.

Control the Camera and Gimbal

With dedicated buttons for photo, video, and playback, the Inspire 1 Remote gives you control over the drone’s camera and gimbal. The camera dial adjusts settings such as ISO and aperture, and the gimbal dial can be used to adjust its tilt and ensure that it’s positioned correctly so you can achieve amazing aerial footage.

Dual Operator Support

The Inspire 1 remote has dual operator support, based on a host-and-slave connection, which allows two remotes to be used simultaneously. This can be useful when filming in difficult locations or conditions. A second operator can help control the camera and settings while you control flight.

Maximum Range of 5Km

DJI Lightbridge HD video downlink is integrated on the remote, giving you a live view of HD video relayed from the drone and increases its maximum control range over a distance of 5km when free of interference.

Landing Gear Switch and Return Home

The remote has a transformation switch that can be used to raise and lower the landing gear and also doubles as the Return to Home button.

Rechargeable Battery

A sizeable internal 6000 mAh Lithium Polymer battery powers the remote for several flights before needing a recharge. The remote has Four LEDs that indicate battery level, and built-in alerts for when the battery is running low.

Mobile Device Holder

Also included is a mobile device holder that can accommodate tablets or smartphones up to 170mm. Once your device is in place, it can be connected to the remote via USB to provide you with a live view of the drone’s camera.
