12 Month WarrantyThe DJI Care package provides 12 months warranty against damage that occurs during the normal operation of the drone. The cover can be used in a generous range of scenarios including operator error, signal interference, collision, fall damage and even water damage. You can still enjoy DJI’s standard product warranty without buying DJI Care Refresh, but DJI Care Refresh can reduce service costs while offering peace of mind, and decreasing the amount of time taken to get your drone back in the air.
Repair and Replacement CoverAlong with the priority VIP service, the Care Refresh plan provides two new-for-old replacements (replacement fee applicable) if damage occurs to the aircraft, gimbal, propellers, or camera during normal use. The first-time replacement fee is $209 and the second-time replacement fee is $319.
Free Shipping within Area of PurchaseFree shipping for repairs is provided to DJI care plan holders if they are within the area where the drone was purchased.
Registration Card Links Service & Drone
A DJI Phantom 4 Pro Care Refresh Service Plan requires the serial number of a brand-new un-activated product or an aircraft that has been activated for less than 48 hours. Please link your Care Refresh registration with an eligible aircraft serial number on the DJI website.
The plan can be purchased for drones that have been activated for over 48 hours, but additional verification procedures apply.
