DJI Care Refresh for the Osmo Action is a service plan that provides you with peace of mind, covering damage to your DJI product. DJI Care Refresh is valid for 12 months and offers up to 2 new-for-old replacements (replacement fee applicable) and reduced repair costs, plus VIP priority service to get you back amongst the action as soon as possible.

12 Month Warranty

The DJI Care package provides 12 months warranty against damage that occurs during the normal operation of the action camera.  The cover can be used in a generous range of scenarios including water damage, collision, and other types of damage. You can still enjoy DJI’s standard product warranty without buying DJI Care Refresh, but DJI Care Refresh can reduce service costs while offering peace of mind, and decreases the amount of time taken to get your action camera back.

Repair and Replacement Cover

Along with the priority VIP service, the Care Refresh plan provides two new-for-old replacements (replacement fee applicable) if damage occurs to the camera during normal use. The first-time replacement fee is $49 and the second-time replacement fee is $59.

Free Shipping within Area of Purchase

Free shipping for repairs is provided to DJI care plan holders if they are within the area where the action camera was purchased.

Registration Card Links Service

A DJI Osmo Action Care Refresh Service Plan requires the serial number of a brand-new un-activated product or a handheld device that has been activated within the last 30 days. Please link your Care Refresh registration with an eligible serial number on the DJI website.
