The remote can also be used to trigger your camera's shutter wirelessly, while its ‘Sync Offset’ feature allows you to shoot at speeds of up to 1/8000s. Streamline your workflow and minimise the time taken to set up and control your lighting, whether you’re in studio or on location.
2.4GHz Frequency Remote Operation
The Bowens XMSR Radio Remote is designed to fully control XMS Series flash heads on the global 2.4GHz frequency with 16 channels and 8 groups, meaning that you can reliably control large flash setups with many simultaneous or staggered flashes for artistic shots or video.
Easy Controls at a Distance
The remote can operate your XMS flash heads within a range of 30m, giving you plenty of flexibility when setting up your lighting. It’s also suitable for controlling creative features of the flash heads including the flash preview modelling lamp, power level, and channel cycling.
Trigger Camera Shutter Wirelessly
The remote conveniently functions as a transceiver so not only can it control your flash set-up, it can also trigger your camera’s shutter wirelessly. It can mount to your camera’s hot shoe and be set-up to trigger connected flash receivers once the shutter release is pressed.
Sync Offset functionality and Easy Power
The XMSR Flash Trigger Remote has a ‘Sync Offset’ functionality that gives lightning fast sync speeds of up to 1/8000s with various compatible camera brands. Powered by 2 x AAA batteries, it can be used to fire any XMS series lights including the XMS500, XMS750, and XMS1000.
