The Eirmai HD-80C is an electronic moisture absorber designed to help protect sensitive electronic and optical equipment by drawing moisture from the surrounding air. Using desiccant technology, it helps keep items dry in enclosed spaces such as closets, cupboards and storage containers. It can also be placed inside a plastic storage container to help prevent a camera lens from fogging.

The built-in heater warms the silica gel, causing it to expand and release absorbed moisture back into the air. The unit is rechargeable and typically takes around 3-5 hours to charge. When the silica gels turn blue, the unit is fully charged and ready for use again.
