Well suited to video professionals, this lens is designed to minimise focus breathing. By optimising the focus group and aspherical element shape, changes in the angle of view are effectively suppressed during refocusing. It also features a dual HLA (High-response Linear Actuator) system, using two separate linear motors to drive the focus groups for fast, accurate and quiet autofocus, while maintaining a compact form factor. In addition, advanced simulation technology has been used to reduce flare and ghosting, helping to produce clear, sharp images even in strong backlit conditions.
