Overview

Offering a high signal-to-noise ratio, the RodeLink Filmmaker Kit delivers high-resolution 24-bit/44.1 kHz digital transmission for lossless audio at distances of up to 100m. The belt pack transmitter features simple 3-stage gain adjustment and a mute lock function to help prevent accidental muting. A locking 3.5mm input connector keeps body-worn microphones securely connected.

The camera-mounted receiver includes a removable shoe mount, allowing it to be used on-camera or as a belt pack receiver. A mute override function provides full operator control, while mute status, input level and battery status for both transmitter and receiver are shown on the front of the unit. The receiver also uses the same locking 3.5mm connector for a secure connection. Both the belt pack transmitter and camera mount receiver can be powered from any USB power source using a standard micro-USB cable.

The system offers eight discrete channels and can be configured in seconds, with more than 8000 channel combinations available. Channel selection and pairing are completed with one-touch operation and automatic scanning, helping reduce setup time compared with traditional UHF systems.
