Two fast replacements

DJI Care Refresh includes two replacements in one year. Your product can be replaced for a small excess fee.

The first replacement fee is $119 AUD, and the second replacement fee is $149 AUD.

Exclusive international warranty service provided by DJI Care Refresh

After confirming product eligibility, you can access replacement or repair service at any DJI Authorised Repair Centre worldwide. The international warranty service is only available for DJI products purchased from official DJI Stores and Authorised Resellers.

If an accident occurs, DJI will replace your product. This includes damage caused by water, collision or other accidental reasons. Replacement units supplied are brand new products, or equivalent to brand new in performance and reliability.
