Your product is eligible for DJI Care Refresh if it meets the following conditions:

Two fast replacements
DJI Care Refresh includes two replacements over a 12-month period. If your product is damaged, you can arrange a replacement for a small excess fee.

For the DJI Mini 4 Pro drone, the DJI Care Refresh replacement fee is AUD $99, and the flyaway fee is AUD $345.

International warranty service
After product eligibility is confirmed, you can access replacement or repair service at any DJI Authorised Repair Centre worldwide. This international warranty service is available only for DJI products purchased from official DJI Stores and Authorised Resellers.
