Eligibility
Your product may be eligible for DJI Care Refresh if it meets the following conditions:
- Brand new and unactivated product
- Activated for less than 30 days
- Genuine Australian stock
Replacement fees
The first replacement fee is $99 AUD. The second replacement fee is $109 AUD. Flyaway coverage fee is $345.
International warranty service
With DJI Care Refresh, you can access replacement or repair service at any DJI Authorised Repair Centre worldwide after product eligibility is confirmed. This international warranty service is only available for DJI products purchased from official DJI Stores and Authorised Resellers.
Coverage details
If an accident occurs, DJI can replace your product. Coverage includes incidents such as water damage, collisions and other accidental damage. Replacement units supplied will be brand new, or equivalent to brand new in performance and reliability.

DJI covers shipping costs both ways whenever a product is returned for replacement service.
Exclusive service support
DJI Care provides dedicated technical support channels, including online chat and phone support. Requests are directed to DJI Care service channels for express replacement assistance.
Service process
