Fast replacement support

DJI Care Refresh offers two replacement units in one year, and three replacements in two years. Replacements are available for a small excess fee.

The replacement fees are $349 AUD for the first replacement, $449 AUD for the second replacement, $499 AUD for the third replacement, and $1699 AUD for Flyaway coverage.

International warranty service

With DJI Care Refresh, you can access replacement or repair service at any DJI Authorised Repair Centre worldwide once product eligibility has been confirmed. International warranty service is only available for DJI products purchased from official DJI Stores and Authorised Resellers.

Comprehensive coverage

If an accident occurs, DJI will replace your product. Coverage includes water damage, collision, or other accidental damage. Replacement units supplied are brand new products, or equivalent to brand new in performance and reliability.

Free shipping

DJI covers shipping costs both ways whenever a product is returned for replacement service.

Dedicated support

DJI Care provides exclusive technical support channels, including online chat and phone support. Requests are transferred to DJI Care service channels to help provide express replacement.
