Your product is eligible for DJI Care Refresh if it meets the following conditions:

- Activated for less than 30 days
- Genuine Australian stock
Fast replacement coverage
DJI Care Refresh offers three replacements in two years, with a small excess fee payable for each replacement.
The first replacement fee is $229 AUD, the second replacement fee is $289 AUD, the third replacement fee is $319 AUD, and the Flyaway coverage fee is $1039 AUD.
International warranty support
With DJI Care Refresh, you can access replacement or repair service at any DJI Authorised Repair Centre worldwide after confirming product eligibility. This international warranty service is only available for DJI products purchased from official DJI Stores and Authorised Resellers.
Comprehensive cover with no fuss
If an accident happens, DJI can replace your product, including cases involving water damage, collision, or other accidental incidents. Replacement units supplied are brand-new products or equivalent to brand-new products in performance and reliability.
