Two fast replacements

DJI Care Refresh offers two replacements in one year, with your product replaced for a small excess fee.

The first replacement fee is $229 AUD, the second replacement fee is $289 AUD, and the Flyaway coverage fee is $1039.

Exclusive international warranty service

After product eligibility is confirmed, you can access replacement or repair service at any DJI Authorised Repair Centre worldwide. This international warranty service is only available for DJI products purchased from official DJI Stores and Authorised Resellers.

Full coverage, hassle-free

If an accident occurs, DJI will replace your product. Coverage includes water damage, collision, or other accidental incidents. Replacement units supplied are brand new products, or products equivalent to brand new in performance and reliability.

DJI covers shipping costs both ways whenever a product is sent in for replacement service.

DJI Care provides dedicated technical support channels, including online chat and phone support. Your request will be transferred to DJI Care service channels for express replacement.
