DJI Care Refresh for the DJI Mavic 3 is a smart way to help protect your investment.
This comprehensive service plan provides two replacement units in one year, giving you extra confidence when using your DJI product wherever you travel. DJI Care Refresh includes prioritised replacement service for accidental water damage, helping reduce downtime so you can get back to filming sooner.
Eligibility Requirements
Your product may be eligible for DJI Care Refresh if it meets the following conditions:
- Brand new, unactivated product
- Activated for less than 30 days
- Genuine Australian stock
Replacement Benefits
DJI Care Refresh offers three replacements in two years, with a small excess fee payable for each replacement.
The replacement fees are:
- First replacement fee: $419 AUD
- Second replacement fee: $439 AUD
- Third replacement fee: $469 AUD
International Warranty Service
With DJI Care Refresh, you can access replacement or repair service at any DJI Authorised Repair Centre worldwide, once product eligibility has been confirmed. This international warranty service is only available for DJI products purchased from official DJI Stores and Authorised Resellers.
Comprehensive Coverage
If an accident happens, DJI will replace your product. Coverage includes water damage, collision, and other accidental damage. Replacement units supplied will be brand-new products, or equivalent to brand-new products in performance and reliability.

DJI covers shipping costs both ways whenever a product is returned for replacement service.
Dedicated Support
DJI Care provides exclusive technical support channels, including online chat and phone support. Your request will be transferred to DJI Care service channels for express replacement assistance.
Service Process
When an accident occurs involving your aircraft, you can choose replacement or repair at an additional cost, and the DJI Service Centre will respond accordingly.
