Two fast replacements
DJI Care Refresh includes two replacement opportunities within one year. If your product is damaged due to an accident such as a collision or water damage, it can be replaced for an excess fee.

The replacement fees are:

  • First replacement: $419 AUD
  • Second replacement: $469 AUD

Full coverage, hassle-free
If an accident occurs, DJI will replace your product. This includes water damage, collision damage, or other accidental issues. Replacement units supplied will be brand new, or equivalent to brand new in performance and reliability.

Free shipping
DJI covers shipping both ways whenever a product is returned for replacement service.

Exclusive service support
DJI Care provides dedicated technical support channels, including online chat and phone support. Requests are redirected to DJI Care service channels for express replacement assistance.

DJI Care Refresh service process
If an accident occurs involving your aircraft, you can choose replacement or repair at an additional cost, and the DJI Service Centre will respond accordingly.
