Eligibility

Your product is eligible for DJI Care Refresh if it meets the following requirements:

• Brand new, unactivated product
• Activated for less than 30 days
• Genuine Australian stock

Replacement Coverage

DJI Care Refresh offers four replacements over two years, with your product eligible for replacement for a small excess fee.

Replacement fee: $149 AUD
Flyaway coverage fee: $559

International Warranty Support

With DJI Care Refresh, you can access replacement or repair services at any DJI Authorised Repair Centre worldwide, once product eligibility is confirmed. This international warranty service is only available for DJI products purchased from official DJI Stores and Authorised Resellers.

If an accident occurs, DJI can replace your product. Coverage includes water damage, collisions, and other accidental incidents. Replacement units supplied will be brand new, or equivalent to brand new in performance and reliability.
