Fast Replacement Service

DJI Care Refresh includes two replacement opportunities in one year, with replacement available for a small excess fee.

Replacement fee: $149 AUD
Flyaway coverage fee: $559

International Warranty Service

With DJI Care Refresh, you can access replacement or repair service at any DJI Authorised Repair Centre worldwide, once product eligibility has been confirmed. This international warranty service is only available for DJI products purchased from official DJI Stores and Authorised Resellers.

If an accident happens, DJI will replace your product. Coverage includes water damage, collision and other accidental incidents. Replacement units supplied are new products or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
