This comprehensive service plan includes two replacement units within one year, giving you greater peace of mind every time you use your DJI product. DJI Care Refresh provides prioritised replacement service, including coverage for accidental water damage, helping minimise downtime and get you back to filming sooner.

Your product is eligible for DJI Care Refresh if it meets the following conditions:

  • Brand new, unactivated product
  • Activated for less than 48 hours
  • Genuine Australian stock

Two fast replacements
DJI Care Refresh includes two replacements within one year. Your product can be replaced for a small excess fee.

For DJI Osmo Action 3, the first DJI Care Refresh replacement fee is AUD $29, and the second replacement fee is AUD $45.

International warranty service
With DJI Care Refresh, you can access replacement or repair service at any DJI Authorised Repair Centre worldwide, once product eligibility has been confirmed. International warranty service is only available for DJI products purchased from official DJI Stores and Authorised Resellers.

Comprehensive coverage without the hassle
If an accident happens, DJI will replace your product. This includes damage caused by water, collisions or other accidents. Replacement units supplied will be brand-new products or equivalent to brand-new products in performance and reliability.

Free shipping
DJI covers shipping costs both ways whenever a product is returned for replacement service.

Exclusive support
DJI Care provides dedicated technical support channels, including online chat and phone support. Your request will be directed to DJI Care service channels for express replacement assistance.

DJI Care Refresh service process
If an accident occurs involving your aircraft, you can request replacement or repair at an additional cost, and the DJI Service Centre will respond accordingly.
