DJI Care Refresh is a smart way to help protect your DJI investment.
This comprehensive service plan includes two replacement units within one year, giving you added peace of mind wherever you take your DJI product. DJI Care Refresh provides priority replacement support, including coverage for accidental water damage, helping reduce downtime so you can get back to filming sooner.
Eligibility
Your product is eligible for DJI Care Refresh if it meets all of the following conditions:
- Brand new and unactivated
- Activated for less than 48 hours
- Genuine Australian stock
Two fast replacements
DJI Care Refresh includes two replacements within one year, with a small excess fee payable for each replacement.
For the DJI Avata, the first DJI Care Refresh replacement fee is AUD $75, the second replacement fee is AUD $79, and the Flyaway excess fee is AUD $279.
International warranty service
After product eligibility is confirmed, you can access replacement or repair service at any DJI Authorised Repair Centre worldwide.
This international warranty service is available only for DJI products purchased from official DJI Stores and Authorised Resellers.
Comprehensive coverage
If an accident occurs, DJI may replace your product. Coverage includes water damage, collisions and other accidental damage.
Replacement units supplied are brand new products, or equivalent to brand new in performance and reliability.
Free shipping
DJI covers shipping both ways whenever a product is returned for replacement service.
