The Think Tank Glass Limo Backpack is created to securely hold long lenses such as a 600mm f/4 without a body attached, a 500mm with a pro body attached or a pro DSLR with standard lenses.

Fits Long Lenses

The Think Tank Glass Limo is designed to hold a 600mm f/4.0 lens or even a 800mm f/5.6 with its neoprene cover, without camera attached and with the hood reversed. With a pro body attached, the bag can accommodate a 500mm f/4.0 lens.

Converts to Standard DSLR Bag

When not carrying a long lens, the Glass Limo can easily be converted to fit a pro DSLR with 5-8 standard lenses or a 200-400mm lens with body and up to 2-3 additional lenses, by inserting the foam dividers that are included with the back pack. With the dividers completely removed, the bag can also be used to carry personal gear for a short trip.

Collars to Hold Lens

To stabilize and hold a long lens in position, two removable and adjustable collars have been provided. The collars firmly secure both ends of the lens to prevent it from moving around within the bag.

Rails to Attach Modular Components

Adding to the flexibility, you can attach up to 3 modular pouches to expand the overall carrying capacity of the bag. While on a field trip, you may like to carry your long telephoto lens in the Glass Limo back pack along with additional gear such as lenses, camera bodies or a water bottle.

Attaches to Camera Belt

The capacity of the bag can alternatively be enhanced by attaching additional modular components to a speed belt through a pass through slit under the lumbar pad. While shooting, you can release the back pack while retaining the speed belt and the modular components. You can rotate the components along the belt and readily access your lenses or other accessories.

Secure Zippers

Specially designed zipper sliders with pins that lock into place, prevent the zippers from accidentally splitting open on their own, securing your expensive lens in the bag.

Comfortable and Functional Shoulder Straps

To comfortably carry the heavy load of the bag, contoured, wide and well-padded shoulder straps have been provided. The wide shoulder straps have small stretchable pockets that can fit a smartphone or a snack bar and have attachment points and metal D-rings.

Waist and Sternum Support Belts

A padded waist belt ensures part of the load is transferred from the shoulders to the hips and helps keep the bag tightly held to the body. The removable waist belt can be easily detached and stored inside the bag if not required. To keep the harness in position, the Glass Limo back pack is also equipped with a height and length adjustable sternum strap.

Air Circulating Back Panel

3D nylon mesh and an air flow channel on the back panel ensure air circulation to minimise sweating. A padded lumbar support pad enhances comfort by reducing pressure on the lower back when carrying a fully loaded bag.

Padded Bottom

To protect the front end of the lens, the bottom of the back pack is padded. Additional padding on the back and side walls impart rigidity and firmness, ensuring the bag retains its shape and stands upright.

Accessory Pockets

In addition to a zippered front organiser pocket for frequently required items, the inside of the flap features two zippered mesh pockets for additional storage.

Monopod and Water Bottle Pouches

Both sides of the Glass Limo feature stretchable pockets to hold a water bottle or a monopod. A strap to secure a tripod and prevent it from falling out is included.

Daisy Chain Webbing

The front and both sides of the bag have daisy chain webbing strap to attach items such as an additional tripod or hiking poles.

Rain Proof

A water repellent coating shields against light showers and is supplemented with a seam sealed rain cover to protect the Think Tank Glass Limo back pack and its contents against heavy showers.
