The Saramonic SR-PAX2 is a two-channel audio mixer with a built in pre-amp that supports phantom power. It allows you to balance audio signals from two microphones or audio sources before you send the mixed signal to your camera or audio recorder. Boasting two XLR and two 3.5mm inputs it is possible to connect a variety of professional audio devices. The battery powered portable system is perfect for interviews, video blogging, and documentary work when multiple audio sources need to be mixed together.

Microphone Inputs

The SR-PAX-2 can process audio signals from a wide variety of sources such as wireless microphones as well as a live mix from a sound desk. The 3-pin mini XLR ports can supply 48V phantom power for condenser microphones giving you a range of support for professional sound production.

3.5mm Inputs

Two 3.5mm mono input ports and one 3.5mm stereo input port allow you to connect audio devices such as lapel microphones, external audio mixers, smartphones or MP3 players. Phantom power can activated and can be set on 3V or 5V, and input gain can be set individually for both the 3.5mm ports on LINE (0dB)/ MIC (20dB)/ PH (20dB).

Output Monitoring

A headphone output supports real time audio monitoring directly from the unit, while the backlit LCD screen displays the sound level of both channels, mono/stereo mode and the remaining battery charge. Using the dual gain control knobs, the levels of each channel can be easily adjusted independently allowing you to mix your sound sources to the required levels.

Compact & Portable

The Saramonic SR-PAX 2 Audio Adapter is designed to be ultra-portable and weighs only 385g, powered by a 9V battery it is convenient to use on location or in the studio. The unit can attach to the base of a camera, and mounted on a tripod using the threaded sockets on its base. A cold shoe mount on the side of the unit lets you attach accessories such as a shotgun mic, wireless microphone receiver or even an LED light.
