The Olympus PT-EP12 Underwater Housing is custom designed for the Olympus E-PL7 Camera for use underwater up to a depth of 45 metres. Photograph the wonders of the ocean or life in the pool with this capable and diminutive underwater setup.

The precisely engineered case is constructed out of a durable polycarbonate shell to closely contour to the E-PL7 body which keeps the system small, light and thin. The small dive housing keeps the system relatively unobtrusive and streamlined without sacrificing image quality, usability or depth rating. The case includes a monitoring window to easily detect any water penetration in the unlikely event of a housing seal leakage.

The PT-EP12 provides full access to all physical camera controls of the Olympus E-PL7, with large buttons and a large shutter release with half press capability for easy operation underwater, even with gloves on, making it suitable for use in cold waters and at greater depths.

The PT-EP12 underwater housing system makes it easy to capture the beauty of underwater sea life with the E-PL7’s excellent high ISO capabilities or by adding additional light with the compatible Olympus FL-LM1 flash. Using strobe lighting underwater can reintroduce colours that are otherwise lost at depth (red spectrum). The housings integrated optical fibre connections, cold shoe mount, and standard tripod socket make it simple to add additional external dive lights and arms to the system for even greater lighting setups that achieve especially stunning results.

The Olympus PT-EP12 Underwater Case’s port is natively compatible with the following Olympus M.Zuiko lenses:
• M.Zuiko ED 14-42mm F3.5-5.6 EZ
• M.Zuiko 12mm f2.0
• M.Zuiko 17mm f1.8
• M.Zuiko 25mm f1.8
• M.Zuiko 45mm f1.8

The standard port can also be utilised with a number of wet interchangeable lenses or conversion lenses including the Olympus Underwater Macro Conversion Lens (PTMC-01) and the Olympus Underwater Wide Conversion Lens (PTWC-01). The standard port can be swapped out with other after-market ports for additional lens compatibility.
