The Olympus Stylus Tough TG-Tracker is designed for adventure enthusiasts and outgoing video bloggers. Its rugged exterior combines an ultra-wide 204° lens with 4K video recording to deliver remarkably immersive footage of your favourite outdoor pursuits.
204° Ultra-wide Angle Lens
The revolutionary 204° lens represents a breakthrough in action camera technology. Its full-frame equivalent 13.9mm focal length is combined with a bright f/2.0 aperture to deliver outstanding results, even in low-light scenarios. Capable of an expansive view wider than the human eye, it captures amazing first-person perspectives that truly place the viewer in the heart of the action.
8 Megapixel Photo
Images are captured via a high quality Back Side Illuminated CMOS sensor and a TruePic VII image processor. As used extensively throughout their OM-D Mirrorless camera range, the powerful TruePic CPU delivers ultra-high definition 4K video recording at 30fps, Full HD footage at 60fps and 8 megapixel photos at shutter speeds of up to 1/24000th.
Digital 5-Axis Image Stabilisation
Its impressive image quality is further improved by utilising a digital 5-axis image stabilisation system that helps minimise camera shake to deliver silky smooth results, perfect for high-vibration sports such as BMX, mountain biking, snowboarding and skateboarding.
Waterproof to 30m
Built to handle a wide range of extreme activities and physically demanding environments, the TG-Tracker is waterproof to an impressive depth of 30m without the requirement of a bulky case. Perfect for SCUBA and snorkelling, it also features an Underwater Detector that activates the automatic optimisation of white balance exposure settings when the camera is used at depths below 50cm. The inclusion of an Underwater Protector (UP-T01) for the lens, flattens the lens surface for reduced distortion and improved focusing performance.
Freeze Proof, Shock Proof, Dust Proof
Above the water the TG Tracker can withstand drops of up to 2.1 metres, is crush-proof to 100kg of force and freeze proof to -10°C. Its dustproof, weather sealed exterior allows for use in dusty or sandy environments, making it a truly capable all-weather recording companion.
Built-in GPS and Weather Sensors
Built-in GPS, Compass, Barometer, Accelerometer and Thermometer sensors can be activated in LOG mode to Re-live your most memorable outdoor adventures and conquests. The innovative Field Sensor System keeps a log of environmental data that can be combined with the free OI.Track app to display augmented data that is synced to your video recordings.
Built-in Wi-Fi Connectivity
Wi-Fi capabilities are also supported. When using the OI.Track app, the TG-Tracker equips you with remote control functionality with live view preview and instant sharing to friends, family and your favourite social networks.
Integrated LED Torch
An on-board LED Light located above the lens offers a bright 60-Lumen output for convenient illumination when shooting at night or in pitch black environments. The LED also doubles as a torch, handy for camping and trekking.
1.5-inch Flip-Out LCD
A 1.5-inch flip-out LCD screen equips you with the ability to use the TG-Tracker to record video and shoot photos like a palm-sized camcorder. Its bright display takes the guess work out of composing your shots, making it easy to ensure your subject is centred within the frame. It also takes the guesswork out of changing camera settings, delivering an intuitive user interface and a handy way to review footage instantly.
Up to 95 min Battery Life
A high capacity battery delivers a best-in-class 90 minute battery life when shooting in 4K resolution, or 95 minutes when shooting in Full HD. Additionally, the battery is removable, allowing you to swap in a spare battery to get you through a long day of shooting.
