The Fujifilm X-T2 Mirrorless Digital Camera features a 24.3 Megapixel APS-C X-Trans CMOS III Sensor developed from years of experience with film and digital photography. The unique pixel pattern of the X-Trans sensor and omission of optical low pass filter delivers optimum imaging performance, insuring your photos are sharp and detailed while minimising the effect or moire.
X-Processor Pro Imaging Engine
The redeveloped 'X-Processor Pro' imaging engine equips you with a lightning fast power-up time of 0.3 seconds is combined with an impressively short shutter lag and shooting interval times of 0.045 and 0.17 seconds respectively. Additionally, autofocus lock happens in as quick as 0.06 seconds and a burst mode shooting at up to 14fps ensures you're always ready to capture those fleeting moments.
UHD 4K Video @ 100Mbps
The camera comes equipped with the capability to shoot 4K video at a 30P frame rate, combining maximum detail with the luxury of being able to heavily crop footage in post-production while still maintaining Full HD output. Its maximum 100Mbps bitrate delivers additional creative leeway allowing you to push the footage further before it starts to lose quality.
Full HD @ 60fps
Selecting full high definition allows you to record at 60fps great for fast action sequences or a slow motion effects. The built-in audio input also allows you to attach an external microphone making the X-T2 a very capable video shooter.
High Speed Autofocus System
The X-T2 features an advanced autofocus system with 325 focus points combining both phase and contrast detection technologies. 91 phase detect points are spread across 40 percent of the imaging area allowing you to acquire the focus quickly and keep the focus locked to the subject, even while tracking moving objects or shooting in burst mode.
High ISO Sensitivity
The ISO sensitivity range of the Fuji X-T2 extends from 100 to 51200. Its extreme ISO performance allows you to use fast shutter speeds and compensate for the light loss to obtain perfect exposure.
The X-T2 features a large 0.5" viewfinder that features a 2.36 million pixel resolution and a 100fps refresh rate that enables you to see the details clearly and compose the shots with confidence. Multiple viewfinder modes allow you to customize the display to show the exposure settings, focus highlight peaking or digital split image for manual SLR style operation. While shooting in portrait orientation, the information layout rotates vertically making information more naturally readable.
3-Way Tilt LCD Display
The multi angle 3" LCD with a resolution of 1.04m pixels can be tilted upwards or downwards, perfect for high and low angle perspectives. Made from toughened glass, it has the ability to flip the display sideways adds shooting versatility, enabling you to frame the photograph even when shooting in portrait orientation.
Dual SD Card Slots
The Dual SD card slots featured on the X-T2 can be configured in 3 different modes to suit your shooting style. Shoot in Sequential Mode where once the memory on the first card is filled, the camera starts using the memory available on the second SD card to ensure you don't miss a moment changing memory cards. The Backup Mode automatically duplicates your shots onto the second card. Perfect for mission critical assignments, it allows you to shoot with the peace of mind you're protected against a corrupt memory card. The third mode lets you assign each slot to save either the RAW or JPEG version of each image, minimising the time taken to write to the card and improving the performance during burst mode shooting.
Equipped with WiFi, the X-T2 allows you to control the camera from your compatible smartphone or tablet. Using the Fujifilm Camera Remote application, you can perform autofocus using the mobile or tablet's touch screen, change the exposure setting and also apply different film simulations to your images. You can also set the camera to acquire the image location data through your smart phone or tablet to geotag your shots.
Weather Resistant Body
The Fuji X-T2 features a strong body made of magnesium with dials milled from aluminium making the entire camera structure solid and capable of operating in trying conditions. A total of 63 points of weather sealing protect it from dirt and moisture, while ensuring it can maintain reliable operation in temperatures down to -10°C.
Fujifilm Flash EX-X8 (Supplied)
The Fujifilm EF-X2 shoe mount flash is a part of the standard X-T2 package. The flash features a compact design and finishing similar to the camera which integrates it well with your kit. The 26.2' guide number provides additional illumination for photographing in low light conditions. The sleek design allows you to store the flash in almost any compartment of your camera bag.
