Deep Parabolic Softbox

Made with 16 heat resistant rods, the Aputure Light Dome is an ideal modifier for a fill or main light. As a deep parabolic softbox, its round shape creates soft, even lighting that works well for fashion shoots and portraits as it creates lovely round catch-lights in your subject’s eyes. The deep design minimises light spread for more focused output that makes sharper shadows and better contrast.

Silver Interior with Inner and Outer Diffusers

The Light Dome is equipped with a highly reflective silver interior that maximises your light’s output, while inner and outer diffusers help shape that light into a much softer output that wraps around your subjects nicely. The dual diffusers reduce hotspots and can also be used individually.

Designed for LightStorm Series

Designed primarily for the LightStorm LS C120 and C300 series LED lights, the Light Dome also includes a Bowens speedring that expands its compatibility to include a wide variety of lighting systems that accept Bowen-S type speed rings.

Easy Folding Design and Carry Case

With its unique folding design, you don’t have to take the rods out to fold the Aputure Light Dome Softbox for storage or transport. The collapsed soft box and all its parts fit neatly into the included carry bag so you can easily take it with you to your next shooting location.
