Wearable 3-Axis Gimbal
FeiyuTech’s WG2X is a super-steady 3-axis gimbal that you can wear, keeping your hands free for the important stuff like steering your bike, car, stand-up paddleboard and more. It offers 360° pan and tilt movements, along with 70° of roll action so you can capture more of every adventure or just everyday fun.GoPro HERO Action Camera Compatible
If you already have a GoPro HERO action camera, you’re in luck. The WG2X is compatible with a wide range of them; including the 4/5/6/7 editions and the Hero Session using an included mount. It also accommodates other similarly shaped action cams. Sony RX0 owners can grab a separately available mount adapter and join the fun too.Newly Refined Design
The WG2X has been redesigned to offer some marked improvements over its predecessor. Most notably, you’ll notice the angled motor arm. This helps keep your camera’s LCD screen visible, while also giving the gimbal more room to do its thing. There’s also a new base and stabilisation algorithm to go along with the gimbal’s brushless motors, maintaining high-torque and steady control.Advanced Movement and Modes
Feiyu’s WG2X of course has a range of different modes available to help you create your ideal video clips and scenes.Panning Mode: Roll and tilt are fixed and the camera only moves left to right according to your own movements.
Follow Mode: Roll direction is fixed, but the camera follows your left, right, up, or down movements.
Lock Mode: Camera orientation is locked, like shooting with a grip handle.
Auto-Rotation Mode: Moves your camera at a constant rate of speed defined by you using the FeiyuON app. This mode can be used for regular video or time-lapse photos. It’s best used along with a tripod, though.
Manual Lock: Position the camera manually in Pan, Follow, or Lock modes. Pan and tilt axis can be manually set and saved for consistent shooting down the line.
