With the tiny Nikon GP-N100 GPS unit you can tag your images with the exact location where they were shot. Great for many purposes including travel photos, it is designed to be light and compact. The unit easily attaches to the multi-accessory port of your compatible 1-series compact system camera and automatically records location information such as latitude, longitude, altitude and time.
Images can later be displayed on maps, exactly where they were taken, such as on Google Maps, Google Earth, Flickr etc.

A-GPS (Assisted GPS) - can quickly calculate your location: This method determines position using supplementary information stored in a file supplied by network.

Connect to PC - When connected to a computer using its supplied USB cable, the GP-N100 can use resources provided by Nikon servers to reduce the time needed to acquire GPS data.
