We deliver Australia-wide. If an item is in stock please allow 3-5 business days for delivery to your address. Items that are temporarily out of stock may take longer to deliver. We will ship items in stock immediately, and place the other items on back order, to be delivered when they are in stock. You will only be charged once for delivery.

Delivery rates are a one-off charge. The delivery charge on orders up to $200 is $11 and for orders over $200 the delivery charge is $19.
The cost of delivery on items that are bulky (some printers, scanners, backpacks, tripods, multiple cameras etc) will be charged at a higher rate if necessary and we will contact you before processing your order to inform you of shipping costs.
Ordering via our Contact Centre, picking up in store
We can send your order to one of our stores for personal collection. Photo ID is required for all pick-ups. The warehouse will delete any freight charges on orders for pickup.
Secure Online Ordering
We use 128-bit encryption Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security technology. Our shopping cart checkout facility is not an automated checkout. All orders are subject to verification whether or not the order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will immediately issue a refund to your credit card. We will inform you as soon as possible of any changes in prices, or cancellation of orders.
There is no surcharge for MasterCard or Visa. Amex cards incur a 2% surcharge on the total of your invoice. If you wish to pay by direct funds transfer, select this option when ordering online. Your order is processed once payment has been received.
Payment on Dispatch of Goods
Unlike most online shops, we do not charge credit cards upon receiving orders - they are authorised and only charged once a dispatch date is set by us. This means that your card will usually be authorised and charged on the day of dispatch. If delivery is unlikely to take place within 5 working days we will attempt to contact you to provide an estimated delivery time.
The cost of insurance is included in our delivery charges. All stock is tracked and must be signed for at the delivery address. Insurance claims must be reported to the freight company and Digital Camera Warehouse for assessment.
Confirmation of Identity
Whether you order by phone or online, we may contact you to confirm details or request proof of identity. All information will remain confidential. When you buy or pick-up from any of our retail stores in person, you will be required to provide photo ID when using your credit card/eftpos card. Please note when ordering online, IP addresses will be logged. If we determine that an order is an attempted fraud, your details will be reported to credit card authorities and the police.
Your information will only be used to process your order. We will not reveal your personal information to any external organisation except where necessary for the purpose of filling your order (e.g. financial institutions that issued your credit card and courier companies that deliver your order).
However, if any of the information you supply is found to be false or misleading, we will report this to the appropriate authorities for them to pursue.
