Pitfalls of buying
cameras at auction
The following is typical of
the scores of emails we have received about cameras bought at
auction:
"I bought a Sony Cybershot DSCP-100
from an auction. For this reason there was no power cords, software,
charger/cradle, instruction manual etc to go with this camera. I am looking to
purchase these items but do not know where from. Are you able to help
me?"
Sounds like stolen
goods to me! Make sure you check the serial number with the manufacturer
before you purchase.
Avoid all the hassle
and extra expense, and purchase from a guaranteed source.
