Most
faulty products need to be returned directly to the Authorised Australian
Distributor for repair or replacement under warranty. Please call the
Authorised Distributor
(Click Here to see list) and speak to their
technician about your problem. They will advise you how to proceed. Note
that returns under warranty are "return to base", i.e. are at the expense of
the customer.
If a
product needs to be returned to Digital Camera Warehouse you must speak to
Customer Service at DCW to obtain an RA
(Return Authorisation). Goods sent back to DCW without an
RA will not be accepted and will
be returned to you at your own expense.
NOTE:
In case of a return under warranty claim, please keep the original camera
box. For returns under warranty in the first 2 weeks, the camera may be
required to be returned in the original box with ALL cables, software,
instructions, memory card, chargers and battery etc. ‘as sold’.
