Return of Goods under warranty.
If you need to make a warranty claim within the
first 14 days of purchase (as shown on your invoice), then contact us at
customerservice@digitalcamerawarehouse.com.au. We will give you
instructions on how to return goods under warranty.
If the
items were purchased more than 14 days from the date on the invoice, you will need to
return the item(s) to the manufacturer. In this case you will need to
contact the manufacturer (see the
link below) and follow their returns under warranty
policy.
Please note :
return of goods under warranty is at the customer's expense (whether returned to
us or the manufacturer).

TIP: In case of a return under
warranty claim, please keep the original camera box. For returns under
warranty in the first 2 weeks, the camera MUST be returned in the original box
with ALL cables, software, instructions, charger and battery.
