cameras and accessories supplied are covered by the standard manufacturer's Australian warranties (i.e. with Canon
Australia, Kodak Australia, Sony Australia etc). This company definitely does NOT deal in
ANY "grey market", "direct import" or so called "international versions" of goods. ALL
cameras and accessories are sourced from
registered suppliers with original Australian warranties.
Faulty products need to be returned to the registered supplier in AUSTRALIA for repair/replacement under warranty.

In case of a return under warranty claim, please keep the
original camera box. For returns under warranty in the first 2 weeks, the

instructions, memory card, chargers and battery etc.
