Can I have my camera and accessories
delivered?
YES! We deliver anywhere in Australia.
How much will delivery cost me?
$16 on orders $200 and over, or $9.90 on orders under $200.
Are my goods insured in transit?
YES! Your order is fully insured for damage or
non-delivery (lost in transit). Your order is fully trackable.
Do you have a camera shop where I can come and
look at the camera prior to purchase?
YES! You can visit one of our DCW stores in Canterbury in Sydney or
Northcote in Melbourne and choose from our
wide range of cameras and accessories.

Is my camera covered by warranty?
YES! All cameras come with a 12 month back to base warranty with the camera
manufacturer (e.g. Canon Australia, Sony Australia etc).
Can I get an extended warranty through you?
YES! Extended warranties are available if you buy your camera from us.

Is there any
extra charges for using my credit card?
There is no charge when using MasterCard or Visa credit cards. Amex cards incur

Like any other retail shop, under

accept returns for "change of mind" or if you order incorrectly. PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY

We suggest you contact the
manufacturers support line for your nearest authorised repair shop.
