Usual Delivery Arrangements
Please allow 3-5 days for delivery to your address**. Some items, such as lenses and underwater housing, or if an item is temporarily out of stock, may take longer to deliver. Please email us at sales@digitalcamerawarehouse.com.au for urgent requests or to ascertain that items are in stock. **We do NOT guarantee to deliver in this time.
If you are going overseas or on holidays please place your order well ahead of your departure and please let us know your departure date. 
We take responsibility for insurance in transit (to your door). All freight sent is trackable. All orders must be signed for (please ensure you or your agent is at the delivery address to sign for your order).

We only ship in Australia, to Australian residents. We do not ship overseas.
 
Freight on Large Orders
Freight on Orders for multiple items (3 or more cameras) or items that are bulky (some printers, tripods and the like) will be charged at a higher rate if necessary to recover costs of delivery and insurance. 

Pick Up Your Order
You can also arrange to have your order sent to the DCW Camera SHOP in Canterbury, Sydney for personal collection, 10am - 5 pm weekdays, 10am-3pm Saturday (photo ID required). Check our current opening hours here.

Fraud 
To help prevent fraud, we may contact you to confirm details or request proof of identity. All information will remain confidential. 

To deter credit card fraud when you confirm your order, your IP address will be logged. If we determine that YOUR order is an attempted fraud, your details will be reported to credit card authorities and the police station closest to YOUR delivery address for investigation.

Billing
Prices on the website are current and are in Australian dollars including GST. If we have made an error in pricing, we will notify you of the correct price and give you the option to cancel. Prices may also be subject to change without notice. A Tax Invoice (for your records) will be included with your order.

Types of payment accepted
No charge for MasterCard, Visa and Bankcard. Amex cards will also be accepted but will incur a 4% surcharge. If you wish to pay by funds transfer, please call our office on 02 9787 9677. Warranty
All products are GUARANTEED purchased NEW from REGISTERED suppliers in Australia. All products supplied are covered by standard Australian warranties with the manufacturer (i.e. with Canon Australia, Sony Australia etc). Faulty products may need to be returned to us or directly to the manufacturer. Phone for instructions.

Returns Policy
Like any other retail shop, under Consumer Protection Law, we are not obliged to accept returns for "change of mind". PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY.

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Protecting your credit card details is a top priority. Your details are downloaded to a secure server, ensuring that your credit and personal details remain private and protected. Digital Camera Warehouse does not use an automatic transaction processing system: for your protection, your name is matched to the delivery address, using third party information. You may receive a phone call or email requesting more information to confirm the details you have supplied us. Your credit card is charged only after we:
a) verify your details (security check) and
b) check that your camera is ready for despatch.

What happens if we are temporarily out of stock?
Unlike most online shops, we DO NOT charge credit cards upon receiving orders - they are authorised and only charged once a despatch date is set by us. This means that your card will usually be authorised and charged on the day of despatch. If delivery is unlikely to take place within 5 working days we will attempt to contact you and confirm that you wish to continue with your order.

The right to change prices and cancel orders without notice
We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Digital Camera Warehouse Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card. We will inform you as soon as possible of any changes in prices, or cancellation of orders.

Privacy Policy
Your information will only be used to process your order. We will not reveal your personal information to any external organisation except where necessary for the purpose of filling your order (e.g. financial institutions that issued your credit card and courier companies that deliver your order).
However, if any of the information you supply is found to be false or misleading, we will report this to the appropriate authorities for them to prosecute.
