Movie Feature – captures video with audio up to 640 x 480 resolution at 30 frames per second. Movie recording will stop automatically when the movie file size becomes approx. 2GB. Expect to get around 79mins recording time in highest quality on a 4GB SDHC memory card. Optical or digital zoom will function during movie recording.

What are the features and how will they benefit you? |

Dual Image Stabilisation – CCD Shift plus electronic stabilisation both work to counteract blurred images due to shaky hands, subject movement or when shooting in low-light conditions. Also important at full zoom where a small movement of the hand can cause a lot of movement at the other end.
SR Auto – Scene Recognition Auto mode automatically selects from 6 different scene modes and instantly fine tunes exposure, focus, sensitivity, and white balance. Makes shooting great pics easy without having to fiddle with camera settings and menus.
Face Detection – focuses and sets correct exposure on faces (up to 6), rather than other objects that may appear in the frame.
33mm Wide Angle 12x Optical Zoom Lens - wide-angle 12x zoom lens allows you to shoot beautiful landscapes or capture great group shots as well as zoom in to distant subjects without loss of image quality.
Instant Zoom – follows moving subjects in standard wide view for easy framing at high zoom settings. With a single press of a button, the subject tracked within the selected frame on the LCD, will be captured and saved at a high zoom ratio (1.4x or 2x digital zoom).
Tracking Autofocus - tracks the subject automatically for as long as the shutter is half pressed and the subject is kept inside the frame.
Panorama Mode - captures and combines 3 consecutive shots, that are saved to the memory card as a single panoramic picture.
Auto Red-eye Removal – automatically removes red-eye in-camera. Great if you’re printing directly from the camera.
High Speed Shooting – shoot up to 13.5 frames per second – ideal for capturing fast-moving subjects such as sports, animals, kids.
Super Macro Mode – take stunning close-ups as near as 2cm from subject. |
