Optical Image Stabilisation - counteracts blurred images due to shaky hands or when shooting in low-light conditions. Also important at full zoom where a small movement of the hand can cause a lot of movement at the other end.
ISO to 1600 - this will help you take better photos in low lighting – reduces blur caused by camera shake.
Face Detection – focuses and sets correct exposure on faces rather than other objects that may appear in the frame.
