Simple 3-step operation
Users just need to follow three steps to print photos — insert a memory card, select a photo for printing, and print. Large user-friendly buttons make for easy operation.
2.4-inch LCD
Since details such as face expressions, background, focus, and hues can be checked on the large screen before printing, users can avoid printing unsatisfactory photos. Images can be displayed in Single view and 9-image Index View allowing users to conveniently select a photo for printing from among a large number of images.
Multi Direct Card Slot
In addition to the Memory Stick®, Memory Stick DUO™, SD, and SDHC, DPPFP65 now includes a direct slot for xD Picture Card.
Red-eye Correction
Users can easily correct red eyes with the simple push of a button. Red-eye Correction automatically recognises the positions of “red eyes” in images corrects the red-eye effect to display natural eye colours.
Sony Dye Sublimation technology
Unlike inkjet printing that uses only single-colour dots to print, dye sublimation printing applies layers of colour dye. This creates continuous tone images that realise rich colour and smooth gradations, without looking grainy. A unique Sony lamination is applied in the final step of the printing process. This not only
protects photos from colour shift and fading, but also makes a print resistant to water, heat, and fingerprints. Image quality doesn’t fade away, making it possible to keep precious photos beautiful.
Layout Print
When you want to display more than one photo per sheet, the Layout image feature helps users configure composite images into 2, 4, 9, 13, or 16 photos per print page.
