Created to meet the needs of the most demanding professionals and photo enthusiasts who want the best in terms of performance and quality, the 4-section 055CXPRO4 combines the best performances of the 055 carbon family with lower dimensions. This tripod is compact and light, with the patented Q90° system for quick vertical-horizontal movements. The legs are adjustable at four different angles and an integrated levelling bubble is located on the top plate.

• Four pre-set independent leg angles give the tripod great positioning flexibility and versatility, and allow all intermediate heights from the stated minimum to maximum levels to be reached. Stability is assured at all 4 angles by the spring-loaded step mechanism.

• The patented PRO model has a unique design which allows the centre column to be used horizontally as an extending arm, or vertically (both right-way-up and upside-down). When used horizontally, it can be turned through 360° around the tripod, and is useful for macro work, low-angle shooting, extreme balance points and off-centre work. This also makes the tripod a helpful accessory for chair-bound photographers, who can sit beside instead of behind the tripod, therefore much closer to the camera viewfinder

• A levelling bubble is integrated on the magnesium top plate. Top plate designed to maximize lightness and resistance

• Manfrotto tubes are made of 100% Carbon Fibre in order to reach high quality standards and high levels of performance, rigidity and lightness. Carbon fibre tubes can be very different in quality, depending on the production process and the percent of carbon fibre material present in the tubes. Manfrotto chose to reach the maximum quality using 100% carbon fibre and the pull winding technology (a special production process able to maximize performance, resistance and reliability).
