MicroSync Transmitter and Receiver Kit #VMTRM
The MicroSync™ Digital is the smallest, smartest wireless solution for remotely firing strobes and most SLR cameras.
The Freedom of Wireless
Whether you’re shooting in the studio or on location, firing your strobes with a sync cord can be impractical, inconvenient, and sometimes even impossible. Not any more! The MicroSync™ Digital allows you to fire strobes wirelessly. Now you can liberate yourself from the limitations of your sync cord.
Ultra-small, Light and Convenient
The MicroSync™ Digital is revolutionary because it is super miniature, extremely lightweight, and almost operates itself. Just place the transmitter in the hot shoe of your camera, plug the receiver into your strobe’s power pack and fire! It’s that easy.
Advanced Radio Frequency
The MicroSync™ Digital uses advanced radio frequency technology. Unlike infrared units, you don't need to have "line of sight" to fire your strobes – the MicroSync™ Digital will work through walls and around corners in most situations.
Automatic Power Management
The MicroSync™ Digital has a unique automatic power management system. There are no on/off switches on the transmitter or receiver. When you press the shutter, the transmitter turns itself on and sends the signal to the receiver to fire your lights. Both units then turn themselves off – all in milliseconds! As a result, the battery life of the coin cell in the transmitter is anticipated to be 3 years. With the automatic power management system, you never have to worry about leaving the unit on and running down your batteries.
4 Channels
There are four channels on the MicroSync™ Digital to allow you to shoot without interference from other MicroSync™ users in close proximity.
Fire an SLR camera
The MicroSync™ Digital can be used to remotely fire most SLR cameras that have an electronic cable release input. To do this, you will need a camera firing cord for your SLR. MicroSync™ camera firing cords are available for most Canon, Nikon and Pentax digital and film SLR’s.
Includes batteries and instruction manual.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR USERS OF OLDER POWER PACKS
The MicroSync™ Digital receiver is not compatible with older power packs with sync voltage in excess of 60 volts. If your power pack's sync voltage exceeds 60 volts or if you are unsure, DO NOT plug the MicroSync™ digital receiver into it - it will destroy the receiver. You must use a voltage regulator before plugging the MicroSync™ receiver into one of these packs.
